Hybrid workout: P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout: week 3

Today was the isometrix workout with P90x3.   This is my third week of the hybrid workout.  I like that the P90x3 builds the muscle while the T25 hits the cardio hard.  Its a great combination for sculpting your physique.

The workout consists of holding you body in yoga poses which sounds easy but the holds are for 45 seconds.  You are sweating within 10 minutes of the workout and you feel great afterwards.
