Today I completed the CVX workout for P90x3. I haven't done this workout in a while. I forgot how good it is. The only equipment needed is one small dumbbell. I used a 10 lb. weight. This workout is the total cardio /weight training workout. Your doing cardio with he weight in tow. You start off with a set of three cardio moves with the weight and then repeat. There is then a 15 second yes 15 second rest and then you move on the next set of 3 exercises. The thirty minutes flies by and then you r ready for your day. Now its off to cut the grass and clean the pool. Good thing these workouts are so quick. If you have any questions about the workout or the programs just inbox me.
