P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule: 21 FIX Cardio fix

Today a threw in a wrench in the P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout.  Karen and I decided to workout together and she suggested doing the 21 Day Fix: Cardio Fix.  Guys don't think the 21 day fix workouts are just for females.  The workout is tough and will get you going.   I was feeling a little tired from workout today but I feel great now and awake.  We also completed a bonus round of 10 minutes abs which is a killer.   Here is Karen doing wall sits.
