P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule: P90x3 Dynamix



Today was P90x3 Dynamix under my  P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule.  The workout requires just you and a DVD player.  This program is more of a stretch but you will build up a light sweat.  The program has the goal of helping you become more athletic in your movements in order to prevent injury.  The program will increase mobility flexibility and stabilization.   As always the program is 30 minutes so its easy enough to squeeze it in a busy day.  After that it was to the beach and then softball.   Anyone interested in getting the schedule and joining in these workouts in box me.   See you tomorrow!
