P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule: T25 Alpha Cardio

Today was T25 workout for my P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule. 

There is no equipment needed.

The workout was 25 minutes and I am sweating all over the place.  The workout is non-stop with no rest so keep your towel close by.  Shaun T really makes you get it done in a short period of time.  I am still sweating as I write.  I am starting T25 challenge group so in box me if interested.
