P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule: isometrics/21 day fix/shakeology

Todays workout was isometrics under the P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule:   Isometric means no movement which effects the  muscle tissues and tendons differently from traditional exercise.  You wont feel spent after this workout but your working muscle fibers that most people don't target at the gym.  What I really like about the P90x3 workout is that it incorporates a complete workout and I highly recommend it.   I also started another round of the 21 day fix.  It really controls my eating without the cravings for additional food.  The shakeology also is a great resource for my nutrients and curbs my cravings for sweets.   I can't believe the difference four months has made.
