I a little behind because a busy day yesterday. So here is yesterdays workout. I completed the T25 lower focus workout which requires no equipment. The workout as the title reflects is only 25 minutes. You work up a sweat quickly which Shaun T indicates is from focusing on the lower half where all the larger muscles are located. The workout is no stop but you feel the results the next day. My suggestion is have a towel at the ready since you'll be sweating a lot.
