LI am going to have my favorite pancakes for breakfast! I seriously have been eating this for breakfast for years and I am never sick of it. I was searching for a recipe that had coconut flour and oil in it because of all the health benefits and this recipe is sweetened with bananas, no added sugar in it! I also use gluten free oats so it is gluten free for those that want that too! Yum!
