Shakeology helped me!

All I have to say is how much I look forward to my Shakeology Shake everyday! I totally crave it and I like to have it either as my 3:00 snack or after dinner as a dessert! It totally taste like a dessert to me!

It has totally helped me with my cravings for junk because when I don't drink the shake, I am in our snack closet on a mission eating everything that is not good for me. All those snacks do nothing for me, I still want more!! When I drink my shake, I find that I don't... have those cravings and I stay clear of that closet! Also, my allergies have never been better!! I have had issues since I was a kid, every winter I would get this crazy cough that would keep me up all night long...and Scott too since marriage..lol! Since drinking this shake...this is the first winter that I did not get that crazy cough and nasal drip. YEAH!!

Peppermint Mocha Chiller!

Get the flavor of chocolate and peppermint with this yummy Shakeology recipe made with brewed coffee.
Total Time: 5 min.
Prep Time: 5 min.
Cooking Time: None
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
½ cup brewed coffee, chilled
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
½ tsp. pure peppermint extract
1 cup ice
Preparation:
1. Place coffee, almond milk, Shakeology, extract, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
