Turkey Meatball Recipe

Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti
2 pounds ground turkey, 1/2 grated onion,
2 eggs, 1 cup slow cooked oats, 3 garlic cloves
crushed, 1 tsp parsley, oregano, basil, garlic powder.
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Tomato sauce with no added sugar
Whole grain or whole wheat spaghetti
Sautéed spinach or broccoli seasoned with
garlic and onion powder, Italian seasonings.
8-12 oz water
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Lightly coat a large baking sheet with spray.
3. Combine ground turkey and the rest of the
ingredients until mixed well by hand
4. Roll into 1 inch meatballs and place on baking
sheet.
5. Bake for 15 minutes until no longer pink in
the middle.
6. I heat the sauce in a pot and add the meatballs
to cook for another 10-15 minutes before serving.
