T25 1.0/ Hybrid T25 & P90x3

Today continued my hybrid workout of T25 and P90x3.  I completed T25 speed 1.0.  The workout is a great cardio workout it has small breaks for stretches but it get the heart rate up there and keeps it up there.  The workout is 25 minutes and has a modifier for those just starting.
