Body Beast Workout: P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout

Today I decided to switch up my P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout  and add in a Body Beast Workout.  The workout was chest and triceps and lasted approximately 50 minutes.  I was missing the traditional gym workouts and figured I mixed this workout in with my hybrid schedule.  The instructor in the video actually calls himself the beast.  It is what it is but the workout was really good.  You need dumbbells a bench or stability ball for the workout.  I only have dumbbells up to 50 which was sufficient for me.  The stability ball is used on place of a bench and will help your core  in the process.  I know I am going to feel this tomorrow since it has been a while since I bench pressed any weight.  The pain lets you know your working!!!!!
