P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule: Core Speed

Todays workout was Core Speed under P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule. This is a Focus T25 Beta workout and I have to say it was the hardest one to date.  This was my first time through and it was tough.  Some of the moves were new to me since I never completed this whole program.  I had completed the P90x3 program and then started this hybrid workout with the two programs.  Your core really is stressed in this one.  You will feel the core start to fatigue at the end of this program.
