P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule: Rip'T Circuit

Today I completed the T25 Rip'T Circuit under my P90x3 & T25 Hybrid schedule.  This is first time completing this workout and I really enjoyed it.  It involves cardio, core and weights.  So you are going to need either dumbbells or bands to complete the workout.  I used thirties for most of the workout but the cast in the video is utilizing really light weights.  I did have to lighten the weights towards the end to fifteens.  This is  a total body workout but the cardio isn't as intensive as other T25 workouts.  As I stated before, I really liked the balance of the workout.
