P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule: T25 Core Cardio

Yesterdays workout was T25  Core Cardio under my P90x3 & T25 Hybrid schedule. 

Equipment needed:
None

The workout as the title predicts is twenty five minutes but with the non stop pace it seems a little longer.  It great for your core and beats just doing the traditional sit ups &  leg lifts etc.  The cardio end of it is also great.  I was really sweaty which I added two photos to prove (not bad for forty). The workout title should include legs since my legs were burning throughout.   I was able to finish my workout and go to the baseball game with my daughter.  I had time to spare and made a chocolate shakeology which held me for several hours.
