Why do I share so much about health and fitness and Beachbody?
I do this because it has changed my life for the better. I have a deep passion for health and fitness because it has improved my confidence that I struggled with my whole life! It has relieved anxiety without medication. It has gotten me through the most stressful times in my life. I feel better in my almost 40’s that I will be turning this December. It has improved my health fr...om the inside out and I truly am so passionate about sharing and helping others with their own journey.
The journey I had after I had my daughter is where I learned the most about losing weight and eating clean. I gained 85 pounds in my pregnancy with my daughter and I had to lose 40 pounds that was glued to me. That was 8 years ago. I started working out at the gym, I also completed the program Insanity and completely fell in love with that program. I did not know at the time that Beachbody even had coaches. Scott found a book called the Eat Clean diet by Tosca Reno and I totally connected with that way of eating. I tried everything before that, from Weight Watchers, The Zone diet, South Beach diet, Bob Greene and so on…but this one I felt like I could do. It took me a full year to get to my pre pregnancy weight and it was not easy. I had many ups and down, plateaus, frustrations but with the support of Scott I kept on the journey. I was determined to get that pregnancy weight off.
I learned so much over the years. I get so excited when people want to talk about health and fitness and I just feel so much passion about it. I decided that I had to make a career out of it. Beachbody has given me the platform to share all that I have learned from my own experience and to help them succeed on their journey. Beachbody had the same beliefs I had, that there is no magic pill, that to be healthy you have to exercise and eat healthy and make it a lifestyle change. You can have balance and still have treats too. I, also, really wanted to find a job that would give me the freedom to be with my family, be at all my children’s events, freedom to be my own boss and work when I want and freedom financially. I didn’t even know if that existed but I have found this in Beachbody.
