P90x3 & T25 hybrid schedule
 
Today I completed the challenge of workout of P90x3.   The workout entails various pull ups and push ups.   I love the workout and in that it gives you such a pump with just body weight and the pull up bar.  Don’t be intimidated by the pulls ups.  In all these programs there are modifiers.  Like the all the workouts with P90x3 the workouts are 30 minutes Scott .
