Honestly, I didn't believe that a 20-30 minute workout would ever get me results. I worked out at the gym for at least an hour and was full force there for years. I got to a point where I was getting bored though. I needed something new. Plus, it was taking up too much time to go to the gym.
When I first tried the home workouts I went in it thinking I would have to do 2 but boy was I wrong!!! The past 4 years I have done nothing but home workouts and they are 30 minutes or less. This program I am currently doing is only 20 minutes!!!!! I am never ever bored or hitting a plateau because there are so many workouts to choose from.
Less time...Great Results!! That is what I am talking about. I can access the workouts from an app or from my tv. There are so many different styles and for every level of fitness. I don't have to go out in this crazy cold. It used to be a 2 hour trip at the gym and now I am done in 30 minutes or less. Which is easy to commit to that.
➕PLUS, there are nutrition plans, recipes, meal plans all based on your goals to lose weight to gain weight to maintain your weight. A super supportive community that motivates me everyday to stick to it. That is a win in my book. You don't have to do it alone.
➕PLUS, I drink 1 superfood shake a day that taste like dessert and kicked my bad night time snacking habit to the curb. Improved my immune system and gives me tons of energy.
➕PLUS, the cost is way less than the gym and you get so much more. Or you can supplement your gym workouts with home workouts for days when you can't get to the gym.
