P90x3 & T25 Hybrid- modification with 21 day fix

Today I was scheduled for the lower focus T25 but I substituted the 21 day fix lower fix so that I could workout with Karen.  I have to say to workout was tough. The workout was  30 minutes which is the theme of the new beach body workouts.  Additionally, there are modifiers for those that can't complete some of the exercises.  I can feel the burn in my legs already.  I let you know how they feel tomorrow.  All in all great workout.  Guys the workouts for real.
