P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout

P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout

Todays workout shifted to T25. Our cousins are in town for the weekend and we completed this workout with everyone.  We completed Speed 2.0.  twenty five minutes only but a great core and cardio workout.  We were all sweating profusely.  Loved the workout.   Shaun T rocks.
