P90x3 & T25 Hybrid

Today's workout was X3 Yoga from P90x3.  I was a big fan of Yoga before starting P90x3 but it has made me a believer.  You body definitely need the stretch and you still work up a sweat.  30 minutes which is the normal workout when using P90x3.  Squeezed it in right after work.  The yoga definitely  relaxes you and gives you more energy.
