Running for the day



Today I decided to just go for a run.  I ran about 2.5 miles.  There is nothing better to get relaxed than to go for a run.  I am really mixing up my workouts with T25 P90x3 21 day fix and other cardio workouts.  You have to keep the body guessing to see the best results.   Update from yesterdays workout which was the lower fix with 21 day fix.  My legs are really sore so it took a while for the legs to loosen up on the run.  See you tomorrow.
