Body Beast Workout: P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout

Today I decided to switch up my P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout  and add in a Body Beast Workout.  The workout was chest and triceps and lasted approximately 50 minutes.  I was missing the traditional gym workouts and figured I mixed this workout in with my hybrid schedule.  The instructor in the video actually calls himself the beast.  It is what it is but the workout was really good.  You need dumbbells a bench or stability ball for the workout.  I only have dumbbells up to 50 which was sufficient for me.  The stability ball is used on place of a bench and will help your core  in the process.  I know I am going to feel this tomorrow since it has been a while since I bench pressed any weight.  The pain lets you know your working!!!!!

P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout schedule: Rip'T Circuit

Today I completed the T25 Rip'T Circuit under my P90x3 & T25 Hybrid schedule.  This is first time completing this workout and I really enjoyed it.  It involves cardio, core and weights.  So you are going to need either dumbbells or bands to complete the workout.  I used thirties for most of the workout but the cast in the video is utilizing really light weights.  I did have to lighten the weights towards the end to fifteens.  This is  a total body workout but the cardio isn't as intensive as other T25 workouts.  As I stated before, I really liked the balance of the workout.

Hybrid workout: P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout: week 3

Today was the isometrix workout with P90x3.   This is my third week of the hybrid workout.  I like that the P90x3 builds the muscle while the T25 hits the cardio hard.  Its a great combination for sculpting your physique.

The workout consists of holding you body in yoga poses which sounds easy but the holds are for 45 seconds.  You are sweating within 10 minutes of the workout and you feel great afterwards.

P90x3 CVX: P90x3 & T25 Hybrid

Today I completed the CVX workout for P90x3. I haven't done this workout in a while.  I forgot how good it is.  The only equipment needed is one small dumbbell. I used a 10 lb. weight.  This workout is the total cardio /weight training workout.  Your doing cardio with he weight in tow.  You start off with a set of three cardio moves with the weight and then repeat.  There is then a 15 second yes 15 second rest and then you move on the next set of 3 exercises.  The thirty minutes flies by and then you r ready for your day.  Now its off to cut the grass and clean the pool.  Good thing these workouts are so quick.  If you have any questions about the workout or the programs just inbox me.  This is part of my P90x3 & T25 Hybrid workout.  If you need help with the schedule do the same.

T25 Lower Focus: P90x3 & T25 Hybrid

I a little behind because a busy day yesterday. So here is yesterdays workout.  I completed the T25 lower focus workout which requires no equipment.  The workout as the title reflects is only 25 minutes.   You work up  a sweat quickly which Shaun T indicates is from focusing on the lower half where all the larger muscles are located.  The workout is no stop but you feel the results the next day. My suggestion is have a towel at the ready since you'll be sweating a lot.  If you need help with a hybrid schedule just inquire I can help you out.  Todays workout is P90x3 CVX I keep you "posted".

Clean Eating Yogurt recipe


Here is one of my favorite recipes.  You use it as a snack or breakfast.
3/4 cup of plain yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
1 tablespoon  of almond butter * (can be found in the grocery store near the peanut butters)
1 small apple cut up

Its delicious!  Try it and let me know what you think.

Good Morning Breakfast

Egg White Breakfast Burrito


Egg White Breakfast Burrito

Total Time: 17 min.
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 7 min.
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. finely chopped red bell pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped yellow bell pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green bell pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
3 large egg whites (1/3 cup)
1 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortilla, warm
1 slice low-sodium turkey bacon, cooked, chopped
Ground black pepper (to taste; optional)
2 Tbsp. fresh tomato salsa
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add bell peppers and onion; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 to 4 minutes or until soft.
3. Add eggs; cook, over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 2 to 3 minutes, or until eggs are set.
4. Top tortilla with egg mixture, turkey bacon, and pepper (if desired).
5. Roll tortilla burrito-style.
6. Serve with salsa.
